Our "Design by Room" service offers a comprehensive turn-key solution, including an in-home consultation, space planning, materials sourcing, furniture selection, and decor acquisition. The package also includes a complete drawing set, two client presentations, and a bid walkthrough with contractors to ensure a seamless design process.

The process:

1) Discovery Call - Quick 30 minute call where we discuss your project and make sure that we are a great fit for your needs.

​

2) In-Home Consultation - A 1 hour in-home consultation where we learn the intricate details of your design project, take photos and videos, as well as key measurements. 

​

3) Preliminary Design - We source preliminary materials and items and curate a custom 2D & 3D space planning package, as well as preliminary moodboards for your space(s).

​

4) Preliminary Presentation - We present the preliminary design for your new spaces. This includes a 2D & 3D space planning package as well as physical moodboards for us to discuss and revise.

5) Final Design - We source all final materials and items and curate custom 2D & 3D drawing packages as well as final moodboards for your space(s).

6) Final Presentation - We present the design for your new spaces with your curated 2D & 3D drawing packages, moodboards, as well as, physical samples that you can touch and feel.

7) Bid Walkthrough with Contractors - We will walk through the space with the contractor(s) to ensure that we are all on the same page and that the design in very clear.

​

8) Execution - We organize everything to be delivered and for construction to start within the same time frame so that your installation goes smoothly.
