Our "Full Home Design" service offers a comprehensive turn-key solution, including an in-home consultation, space planning, materials sourcing, furniture selection, and decor acquisition. The package also includes a complete drawing set, three client presentations, and a bid walkthrough with contractors to ensure a seamless design process.
The process:
1) Discovery Call - Quick 30 minute call where we discuss your project and make sure that we are a great fit for your needs.
2) In-Home Consultation - A 1 hour in-home consultation where we learn the intricate details of your design project, take photos and videos, as well as key measurements.
3) Preliminary Space Planning - We curate a custom 2D & 3D space planning package.
4) Preliminary Space Planning Presentation - We present the preliminary space planning design for your home. This includes a 2D & 3D space planning package.
5) Preliminary Sourcing - We source all preliminary materials, furniture, lighting fixtures, decor pieces, window treatments, etc.
6) Preliminary Sourcing Presentation - We present the preliminary moodboards for your home with physical samples for us to discuss and revise.
7) Final Design - We source all final materials and items and curate custom 2D & 3D drawing packages as well as final moodboards for your home.
8) Final Presentation - We present the final design for your home with your curated 2D & 3D drawing packages, final moodboards, as well as, physical samples that you can touch and feel.
9) Bid Walkthrough with Contractors - We will walk through your home with the contractor(s) to ensure that we are all on the same page and that the design in very clear.
10) Execution - We organize everything to be delivered and for construction to start within the same time frame so that your installation goes smoothly.
*Construction Management is not included but can be added at an hourly rate.
